Dr. Tara Ennis is a board certified general, robotic, and laparoscopic surgeon. She received her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed her residency at the University of South Alabama. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in food and nutrition.

Dr. Ennis was raised in Andalusia Alabama, just a few hours north of our office location. She is a native to our area, which provides her with a unique perspective to our local healthcare needs. She is the only female general surgeon in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin areas.

Dr. Tara Ennis currently has surgical privileges at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and the Emerald Coast Surgery Center here in Fort Walton.

Dr. Ennis is on the Health Grades honor roll and is Board Certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery.
